20 players to travel to Belarus

Josep Guardiola has named 20 players for the game on Wednesday at BATE Borisov. These are the 18 fit first team players plus Isaac Cuenca and Jonathan dos Santos from the reserves.



The squad
Valdés, Pinto, Alves, Piqué, Fàbregas, Puyol, Xavi, Villa, Messi, Thiago, Mascherano, Keita, Sergio Busquets, Pedro, Maxwell, Adriano, Abidal, Fontàs, Cuenca and Dos Santos.
FC Barcelona have their second Champions League fixture this week at BATE Borisov. The players fly to Minsk (Belarus) on Tuesday and the manager has named 20 players to travel after training on Monday, which includes two players from Barça B, Isaac Cuenca and Jonathan dos Santos.

After a rest day on Sunday, the players got back to work on Monday as they prepare for the return of European competitions. All 18 first team players were involved, along with Muniesa, who is training with the first team as he recovers from injury.

Reserve involvement

Travel plans

The squad will be flying to Minsk early on Tuesday morning, They are due to meet at the Camp Nou at 8.15 for a coach transfer to the airport. The flight leaves at 9.00 and should arrive in Minsk at about 13.40. They will then be taken directly to their hotel, and at 18.45, Josep Guardiola and one player will be giving a press conference. At 19.30, the squad will train in the Dynamo Stadium in Minsk.
