Dynamo Kiev-FCB: Did you know that…

www.fcbarcelona.cat

This is the fourth time that the two teams have met in official competitions in the Ukraine, with two wins for each team so far. The game has many interesting facts surrounding it, which maybe you didn't know!

Group F is the only group in which all four teams are still in with a chance of qualifying for the next round and all of them depend solely on their own results. Barca will go through with a win, a draw or even a defeat by a single gola or two if they score themselves.

- Twelve years ago, on 22nd October 1997, Dynamo thrashed Barca 3-0 in the group stage with Andrey Schevchenko leading the line and inspiring a famous result.

- That day the Barca keeper was Carles Busquets – Sergio's father.

- As a player, Guardiola twice visited Dynamo, both times in Europe's top competition: winning 0-2 in 1991/92 and losing 3-1 two seasons later.

-  It's been 10 years since Dynamo made it out of the Champions League Group stages.

- Barca have been unbeaten away from home in Europe for their last eight games.

- Carles Puyol is just one yellow card away from suspension for the next game.

-  The Dynamo coach Valery Gazzaev can count on back from suspension, but Shevchenko, Milevski and Magrao are all one card away from missing the next game.

- Barca's possession stats are incredible, averaging 48 minutes a game. Second to Barca are Arsenal with 37 minutes. Barca also boast an average of 67% possession.

-  Ibrahimovic has the competitions' second highest number of shots on goal, only beaten by Atletico Madrid's Forlan.
