International friendlies define the week

There’s no game during the week for Barca, who travel to Almeria at the weekend, though many of the players will be busy with midweek international fixtures.

Barca have five training sessions and a game on Saturday at Almeria.

Below is the schedule for the first team this week:

Monday 1: After a day off, the team will be back in training at the Ciutat Esportiva from 11-00. The international players will all be absent.

Tuesday 2: 11.00 training again at the Ciutat Esportiva.

Wednesday 3: Free day for the players, whilst the internationals will be in action in their games

Thursday 4: Training at 17.30 at the Ciutat Esportiva. The international players are expected to be back with the squad.

Friday 5: Final session at 11.00 before the trip to Almeria.

Saturday 6: Trip to Almeria for 22.00 kick off.

Sunday 7: Recovery session at 12.00 at the Ciutat Esportiva.
