Seven players from the senior squad took part in a training game on Wednesday with players from the reserves and the youth team.

Although Wednesday was a day off for the first team, seven players who feature rather less frequently in the starting line-ups took the chance to get in some extra practice together with youngsters from the reserves and the youth team.

First team players

The eleven was made up by players who have been training with Guardiola this month: Jonathan Dos Santos and Thiago Alcántara, plus youth team hopefuls Dalmau and Isaac Cuenca.

The training match also attracted a special guest, Marcelino, formerly manager of Zaragoza. He was sacked by the first division strugglers in December.
