Touré and Puyol train

Touré Yaya and Carles Puyol trained on the pitch in front of la Masia on Wednesday after being the only two outfield players rested for the Champions League game against Sporting Clube.
Along with Albert Jorquera the two first team players left behind took to the field at 10.30am and began to go through a programme of warm-up exercises and physical routines.
Warming up
Watched over by coach Paco Seirul•lo, both Puyol and Touré did
strength training as they raced around a circuit continuously for over quarter of an hour.
Control and resistance
Their next task was focussed on the physical side as they went through another course that was designed to test control and resistance before ending with a shot at the keeper.
Squad back on Thursday
The next training session for the first team will take place on Thursday evening at 5.30pm when
Puyol and Touré will be joined by the rest of their team-mates to begin preparations for the game
against Sevilla on Saturday.
