Warming up for the Gamper game

www.fcbarcelona.cat

FC Barcelona's first team squad were put through their paces early on Friday morning as preparations continued ahead of the visit of Boca Juniors for the Trofeo Gamper game at the weekend.

All 22 players began the session at 9.30am in the Miniestadi under the watchful gaze of coach Pep Guardiola in what was a tactical session. After some warm-up exercises, two sides were formed for a practice game with the coach staff stopping and advising constantly.

Saturday training

Víctor Sánchez recovering

Boca training

Boac Juniors are due to arrive at 5.30pm at Barcelona airport and will train for the first time on Catalan soil at 7pm in the Miniestadi. The last time the Argentinian outfit played in the Gamper encounter was in 2003 when Barça won on penalties.
