Andrés Iniesta is back in the Spanish squad after spending a night in hospital with gastrointeritis.
Andrés Iniesta went to a Madrid clinic on Tuesday suffering from gastrointeritis. But the Barça player has now been released and has rejoined his team mates in Santander. As a result of this illness, the midfielder may not play any part in this evening's game against the USA.
