Pep Guardiola now has all of his players back. Leo Messi, Javier Mascherano, Dani Alves and Adriano Correia were the last to arrive, having flown in from South America after representing their countries. So today was the first full training session for some time as the players prepared for Saturday’s game against Racing Santander at the Camp Nou.

Alexis broken in gently

The venue on Thursday was the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The injured Alexis Sánchez is now back from Chile and did gentle training as he starts getting back into shape after picking up a hamstring injury on September 10. It was estimated that he would take eight weeks to recover.

Cesc Fàbregas also continued with his recovery process.
