The latest FC Barcelona signing was called to Hospital de Barcelona at eight o’clock this morning. The hospital basically subjected him to radiological tests and analyses, which included resonance and X-rays.

Mid morning he was taken to the club’s own medical facilities at the Camp Nou. Among other tests, his heart was tested and the doctors examined his muscles and put him through a series of podiatric and cardiologic tests.

Pruna reveals verdict

First team doctor Ricard Pruna explained to the press that the player “is in excellent condition. He has just come back from the Copa America and he has responded really well to the strength tests, both in terms of health and of performance level”.
