Familiar referee

French referee Stéphane Lannoy will take charge of the game against Copenhagen and he has officiated a Barça encounter just once before. That outing was when VfB Stuttgart visited Camp Nou in the 2007/08 season and the hosts, coached by Frank Rijkaard, won 3-1 Giovani dos Santos, Samuel Eto'o and Ronaldinho scored the goal.
