This was surely the happiest Barça training session of the season. After eight months of competition, Barça finally have the league trophy secured.

But despite the celebrations last night, it was back to the hard graft today and the players was called in for training at the Ciutat Esportiva at midday.

All of the players that were in Valencia last night were back at work, but for the first eleven, today was an easy session to recover from the exertions. Adriano was also there, and despite still being treated, he was able to join in with the group activities today.

Milito, the other injured player, also put in an appearance, but he worked out in isolation, as did Carles Puyol.

Friday off

Pep Guardiola has given his players the day off on Friday and so there will be no further training until Saturday. On Friday the players will be celebrating the league title in an open-top bus parade through the streets of Barcelona.
