Tactics worked on ahead of debut

In their last training session ahead of the game against LA Galaxy, Barca spent an hour and a half working on tactics, with particular emphasis on defending dead ball situations.

The session kicked off at 10.00 and an active Guardiola pushed the players hard on defending set pieces. The players not involved in these tactical preparations did ball control work, whilst the keepers worked apart with Juan Carlos Unzué.

Swedish supporting role

Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgard and his fellow True Blood star Rachel Wood warched the session under a giant Swedish flag with the name of the Hammarby IF team on it. After the session, Zlatan Ibrahimovic spoke with his fellow countryman and explained how he was enjoying his first few days as a Barca player.
