Iniesta: “It leaves you with a bitter sweet feeling”

www.fcbarcelona.cat

Iniesta regretted the last minute equaliser in Pamplona when had it looked as if Keita's latest strike had won the points.

Andrés Iniesta was clearly disappointed at the way the game turned out when an unfortunate own goal from Piqué earned Osasuna a late draw: “we dominated all the game and it was a real blow to drop two points like that”.

Iniesta commented: “we played a good game, but the result leaves you with a bitter sweet feeling”. The Spanish midfielder refused to be drawn on the referee, but did say: “For me, the incident in the box with Ibra was clear, but the ref obviously didn't see it that way”. Iniesta also called for a more balanced reaction to the team's results: “we can't be so over the top when we win and then worry so much when we don't”.

Rubin

Looking to Barca's next game, against Rubin Kazan on Wednesday, Iniesta warned: “I hope the temperatures (forecast to be up to 10 degrees below zero) don't drop so low, but I know this team is capable of winning”.

“I was fouled in the build up to their goal, but the refs ca always get it wrong-sometimes in your favour and sometimes not”.

“The team worked hard and we deserved the win”.

“After we went one up we had three clear chances, but we couldn't take advantage of them – that was bound to happen in one game or another”.

“What counts in football is the result. We can't be happy, because we always go out looking for the three points”.

“The squad are really down. A last minute equaliser always hits you hard”.

Xavi

“We were the better team and had plenty of clear chances to win by two or three goals”.

“There's a lot riding on the Champions League game on Wednesday – it's all or nothing”.

Keita on target again
Keita was on target again in Pamplona to take his total to six for the season – the same as his team mate Leo Messi and only one behind Ibrahimovic.

Keita insisted, as he did after his hat trick last week: “the goal was the result of the whole team's effort”, whilst echoing his team mates views ion the game: “we dominated the whole game and were just unlucky at the end – now we just need to get back to working hard and lift our heads up”.
