Recuperation in Sant Joan Despí

As soon as they got back from Valencia, Barça went straight to the Ciutat Esportiva for a recovery session, which also involved eight members of the reserves.
At 11.30 the squad landed at El Prat on a flight from Valencia and immediately transferred to Sant Joan Despí for training. They shared the session with eight reserve players: Benítez, Armando, Benja, Gai, Romeu, Rochina, Luque and Oier.
Three players carrying knocks
The players that started in Mestalla trained more gently. Three of them,
Keita, Pedro and Abidal stayed in the dressing room area for therapy following different knocks
taken during the game. Ibrahimovic also sat it out, working in the gym instead. All of the players
should be fit in time to face Rubin Kazan in the Champions League on Tuesday.
New session on Monday
Barça will be preparing for the game with the Russians on Monday at 18.00 in the Camp Nou (just the
first quarter of an hour open to the media). An hour before, coach Pep Guardiola and player Touré
Yaya will give a press conference.
