Alves given medical OK to play

Dani Alves was given the medical thumbs up to play against Getafe this morning after recovering from a calf problem that had threatened to keep him out of the game.
Alves had trained apart from the rest of the squad on Friday and he was also separated from the rest of the players this morning, but the club doctors decided that he was fit to face Getafe after missing last week’s game in Gijon.
Windy conditions
The squad worked out at the Nou Camp this morning in a training session held in blustery conditions. The squad ate at the club and will be back atteh Nou Camp at 18.30.
Albert Dalmau to play with youth team
Although he’s been training all week with the first team squad, Albert Dalmau has returned to
the youth team A, who play against the Penya Ciutadella Esportiva at 16-00 on Sunday.
