The bulk of the first team squad will return to training on Monday after their Christmas break to begin preparations for Saturday’s match against Mallorca.

Pep Guardiola’s players will resume training on Monday at 5.30 pm after the Christmas holidays. Five players - Cáceres, Keita, Messi, Eto'o, and Alves – have been given permission to extend their holidays until 2nd January due to the distances involved in travelling to their home countries and so will miss the session.

Double session on Tuesday

On Tuesday, the squad will train in the Miniestadi at 11 am and again at 5.30 pm. On New Year’s Eve there will be just the one session, also in the Miniestadi, at 10.30 am.

New Year’s Day

Pep Guardiola has given the players the day off on New Year’s Day but training will resume on Friday morning at 11 ahead of Saturday’s match.

Pre-match training

As usual, the players will train on the same day as the match, in this case at 11.30 am in the Camp Nou. They will then return at 6.30 pm ahead of the kick-off at 8 pm. A training session is then programmed for 11 am on Sunday.
