Everyone available called up

www.fcbarcelona.cat

After training this morning, Sunday, Josep Guardiola has decided to call up all his available players for the game against Getafe. This means that before the match kicks off he will have to cut three of them from his squad.

First team coach Josep Guardiola has in the end called up all his 21 available players this Sunday. That means that before kick-off this evening three players, one of whom will have to be a goalkeeper, will have to be cut from the squad.

Only Iniesta, Abidal and Milito are sidelined with injury.

Last session

This morning the Barça players had their last training session before today’s home fixture with Getafe. The session, which began at 11.30, took place on the pitch at Camp Nou.

Messi in the squad

In spite of having a slight niggle in his right thigh muscle on Friday, Leo Messi is one of the 21 players in the squad for today’s game.

Pre-match hotel

The 7 pm kick-off means a change in routine compared with recent home games, when the players had the afternoon off before a 10 pm start. Today the players will go to the NH Constanza hotel at 1.15 pm after training.

There the team will have lunch, a siesta and tea before the team-talk and going back to Camp Nou at 6 pm, one hour before kick-off.
