Three sessions before travelling to Krakow

The football first team has a holiday on Friday, and will then have three preparatory sessions at the weekend before travelling on Monday to Krakow, where on Tuesday they will play the return leg of their Champions League qualifier.


Pep Guardiola, who after training on Thursday afternoon has given all of his players a break on Friday, has programmed an intense week to get the players fit and ready for their Champions League encounter. On Saturday the team will have two training sessions, although on Sunday they will only train in the morning.

Double session on Saturday

QM3D9736.jpgSo, the members of the Barça squad will be returning to full-on training on Saturday. The first of the sessions will take place at the Miniestadi at 9.30, the same venue for an early evening session later the same day at 18.30.

Sunday only morning

On Sunday, the first team will be back at the Miniestadi, and once again at 9.30, and will not have to report back until Monday at 9.30 to head off to El Prat Airport, where there will be a plane waiting to take them to Krakow at 10.30, arriving in the Polish city around 13.20.

4-0 in first leg

QM3D9939.jpgFC Barcelona and Wisla Krakow meet again on Tuesday at 20:45 (Barça TV, TV3 and La Sexta), in the Champions League return leg. The first leg, played at the Camp Nou on August 13 ended in a clear victory for the Catalans, 4-0.

Monday training in Krakow
Sunday will not be the last time the team trains before their Champions League match against Wisla Krakow as on Monday evening at 19.30 the team will be training on Polish soil in the Henrik Reyman, the stadium in which the game will be played on Tuesday.
