Training starts again on Tuesday

After resting this Sunday and Monday Josep Guardiola’s men go back to training on Tuesday morning. The Barça team will do so without ten of its players who are with their national teams until Thursday.

The first team have a quiet week ahead having no game to play. For this reason, after Saturday’s Joan Gamper Trophy, Josep Guardiola gave his players a rest until Tuesday, when they will begin training at 10a.m. in ‘La Masia’.

Without the internationals

The Barça squad will start training sessions again without ten of its players , as there art international games this week. As well as these we must add Leo Messi, who is in Peking playing in the Olympic games.

All together on Thursday

On Wednesday Pep Guardiola’s men will again train at 10a.m., also in ‘La Masia’. It will be Thursday afternoon before the Barça manager can count on all his players, as that is when all the internationals return. The only exception will be Márquez, who, as he is playing in Mexico, will not arrive in Barcelona until Friday.

A weekend of work

On Friday the players will have another rest, but there are several sessions planned for the weekend in preparation for the return leg of the Champion’s League preliminary against Wisla.

On Saturday the first team will have a double session with one at 9.30a.m. in the mini-stadium and another in the same place at 6.30p.m. The next day, Sunday, the team will have just one session that will begin at 9.30a.m.
