Guardiola’s team have two big games this week: first off it’s back to the European scene as they take on Lyon at the Nou Camp in the second leg of their Champions League last 16 tie on Wednesday, then on Sunday they travel to Almeria.

It’s been three months since the Nou Camp last hosted a Champions League game and this Wednesday’s game will be the key point in Barca’s week. Guardiola gave the players a day off on Sunday, but they’ll be back in training on Monday morning at 11.00 at the Joan Gamper Ciutat Esportiva.

After Wednesday’s game (kick off 20.45), Barca will have four days to prepare for their 21.00 kick off against Almeria in the Mediterranean Games Stadium.
