Travelling to Lyon and Madrid

Barça have two away trips this coming week; first to Lyon for the first leg of the Champions League tie, and then to Madrid for the next league match against Atlético.

The Champions League returns this week and Barça travel to Lyon at 12:00 from El Prat airport on Monday. They’re due to land at Lyon at 13:15, and they will be staying at the Hilton Hotel.

As is usual before a Champions League game, the coach and a player, in this case Leo Messi, will give a pre-match press conference at 18:45 in Lyon’s Gerland stadium.

The eighth round Champions League clash between Olympique Lyon and FC Barcelona kicks off at 20:45 on Tuesday, and the squad will fly back to Barcelona the same night.

Back to La Liga

Pep Guardiola is letting his players rest on Wednesday, and training will resume on Thursday. The team will be getting ready for the next Liga match against Atlético Madrid in three morning sessions from Thursday to Saturday, and the game takes place in the Calderón stadium on Sunday evening at 19:00.
