Márquez back in the squad

Márquez has been given the green light to return to playing and has been included in the Barça for the trip to Racing Santander. Keita has been left out after suffering a knock, while Puyol and Milito are injured and V. Sánchez have been left out.

Both Pedro and Víctor Sánchez have not been included because they will participate in Barça Atlètic’s game against Atlético Baleares this weekend.

Five of the players that were rested for the Copa del Rey game against Espanyol in midweek are back with Víctor Valdés, Éric Abidal, Márquez, Touré Yaya and Thierry Henry all in the squad.

Two games out

Márquez is back after missing two matches since he was forced to limp out of the first leg of the cup tie with Espanyol ten days ago. The Mexican international missed the second game against the Blanc i Blau as well as the last league encounter with Numancia.

Travelling the day before

The Blaugrnaa squad travelled to Santander on Saturday and it is the first time since they played Recre that they have gone the day before. Barça travelled toSevilla, Villarreal and Pamplona on the day of the game.
