Milito back on the pitch

Marc Guillén

FC Barcelona defender Gabriel Milito is doing well on his road to recovery from a serious knee injury as he trained on the pitch in the Ciutat Esportiva on Wednesday morning.

The Argentinian international returned from his country on Sunday and started on the last leg of his recovery programme the day after with physiotherapists at Barça, who accompanied him to South America. The centre-back is said to be on track and is now working on returning to normal training.

New exercises

He also did some running and some other routines that complement his gym work.
