Zambrotta, out for four weeks

The Italian full back was injured against Zaragoza and as was confirmed today by the medical services, will be sidelined for about a month.

An echography and magnetic resonance test on Gianluca Zambrotta this Thursday morning has diagnosed the damage to the player sustained against Zaragoza. He has torn muscles in his right leg and will be out of action for about four weeks.

Unfortunate incident

Zambrotta was injured in the 18th minute of the match after attempting to win the ball off Ricardo Oliveira. He immediately asked to be taken off and was replaced by Oleguer.
