Henry arrives this evening

Thierry Henry will land in Barcelona tonight. On Monday he will take a medical test at the FC Barcelona Medicinal Centre in the Camp Nou.

The French striker will be arriving on a private jet from London, and assuming he passes the medical test, will be officially presented as a Barça player in the afternoon.

Official protocol

The presentation will involve a press conference in Sala Paris, in the Camp, followed by a photo session on the Camp Nou turf with the player wearing the Barça kit for the first time. This part of the process will be open to the general public.

Small print

All of this depends on the polishing off of a few minor details by the three parties involved, namely Arsenal FC, FC Barcelona and Thierry Henry.
