"Happy to get their chance"

The reserve team players that appeared in the Copa Catalunya semi final were delighted to get the chance to represent the first team. Orlandi and Giovani appreciated the manager’s faith in them.

Giovani dos Santos and Andrea Orlandi were happy with the way the game went, and the duo were very much involved in securing a place in the final of the Catalan Cup.

Orlandi pleased to get chance

Andrea Orlandi was one of the star players in the Nàstic match, with two of the goals coming from crosses supplied by him. “I am very happy to have won this match” he said. “And especially for the chances given to players from Barça B. This has been a tough year for us”.

Giovani set to keep working

Giovani dos Santos scored Barça’s first two goals and was delighted at the end of the game. “I am very happy and felt great out there” he said. “The important thing is that we managed to win the game. It was wonderful that the manager counted on me. But I have to keep working twice as hard if I am ever going to get a first team place”.
