Technical structure

FC Barcelona Juniors Luján has a team of coaches, fitness trainers, utility personnel, doctors, kinesiologists, nutrition experts, psychologists and educators that provide the sportspeople will everything they need for both their personal and sporting development.

Daniel Vitali is the Director General of the Project and the Legal Representative of FC Barcelona in Argentina.

The sports management of the project is in the hands of Jorge Raffo, a coach and former professional player who has enjoyed a long career in football and especially in coaching youngsters.

The third area involved in the project is that of Scouting, the search for young players at their places of origin. This function is handled by Pablo Forte.
