That proclaimed the winning candidate of the June 13 election and stated that a letter of notice has been sent to the Liga de Fútbol Profesional (LFP) before explaining that a guarantee of €58 million had been paid at an extraordinary board meeting on Thursday morning. He also signed the annual accounts of the board corresponding to the 2009-10 season.

The new board then entered the meeting. Laporta and Rosell symbolized the handing over of the mandate with a shake of the hands and outgoing administration was relieved of all duties. Rosell is now the new president.
