The matches: youth teams

Barça TV offers a selection of live games every weekend depending on the club’s activities.

These broadcasts respond to the members’ and fans’ demands for a thematic channel that can bring them real time images of the club’s different sporting events.

The specialisation in broadcasts of matches involving the presence of FC Barcelona, and the wide range of live coverage on offer, add to the informative content of Barça TV.

Through this consolidated and quality content, Barça’s television channel is able to bring fans the very best live coverage of match action. The games shown include all of Barça B’s matches, as well as weekly broadcasts of a selection of the best youth team matches, and games involving the other professional sports teams have also been added to the content to FC Barcelona’s television channel.

Youth football

Jaume Marcet and Jaume Monés are in charge of the commentary for the Barça’s other football matches. Barça B, now in the Second Division, are the main attraction, while most of the matches are played at the Ciudad Deportiva in Sant Joan Despí. It is from here that the most interesting games are broadcast in a weekly selection of action forming part of the ‘Promesas' programme, which knows and explains better than anybody what is happening on the Barça youth scene.
