Barca Atlètic continue up with the leaders after beating second place Ontinyent 2-0 thanks to an own goal and a Benja strike in the second half.

Barca started the game very focussed and did not allow Ontinyent to get into their stride, For their part, the visitors pressured high up the pitch trying unsuccessfully to stop Barca's fast passing game.

First chance

First goal

Barça Atlètic came out looking to score in the second half and on 68 minutes Jonathan dos Santos put Gai through with a great pass and his centre was turned into his own net by Raúl Muñoz.

Benja finishes it off

2009-11-28_FCB_ATLETIC_-_ONTINYENT_010.jpgJust two minutes later, Benja, who'd just come on for Gai rounded off a personal effort by firing home the second. The last quarter of an hour saw Luis Enrique's team take advantage of the spaces Otinyent left at the back and had quite a few chances to make it three, but in the end, the two goals were enough to take the points and stretch their unbeaten run to seven games. They are up in the promotion places with a game in hand, which they play on Wednesday against Alicante in the Mini Estadi.
