25-year title anniversary tribute

Pau Ramírez

Camp Nou paid homage to the team that won the league title 25 years ago before the start of the Osasuna match on Wednesday evening.

The team captain from the triumphant 1984/85 side was Vicente ‘Tente’ Sánchez and he was proud to lead out the players once more at the home of FC Barcelona. The squad lined up in a familiar pose for photographers before being given a rapturous reception by the supporters.

Urruti we love you

No to racism
The team from the 1984/85 season were keen to help Unesco’s and FC Barcelona Fundació’s anti-racism initiative and they held up a huge poster with a message to the fans.
