Party on Saturday before and after the game

www.fcbarcelona.cat

Preparations are well under way for a great celebratory party at the Nou Camp on Saturday as Barca celebrate their League and Cup double. Before and after the game against Osasuna, fans and players will be celebrating the two trophies.

The match against Osasuna will be the first at the Nou Camp since the team won the Cup in Valencia and the league last weekend and it’ll give the fans and players their first chance to celebrate the two titles together.

Gates open at seven

Z_03.jpgThe Camp Nou gates will open at seven o’clock on Saturday evening and there will be a series of activities and music performed on the Boulevard to get the fans in the mood for the celebrations.

Music before the game

It’ll be out on the pitch, however, where the main musical attractions are before the game with a concert starting at 20.00 by Eléctrica Dharma, Pep Sala with Mònica Green and Manu Guix.

Guix will start the ball rolling with a version of his song ‘Petit País', the Eléctrica Dharma will follow with ‘La presó del rei de França’ and Pep Sala y Mònica Green will finish with ‘Cant del Barça'.

Medals and trophy

After the game the second part of the celebrations begin with the players out on the pitch with their special commemorative shirts to receive their medals and the League trophy from the President of the Spanish Federation Àngel Maria Villar.

Lap of honour

After the obligatory lap of honour the fans will be treated to a firework extravaganza and the party will be over……who knows ? At least until Wednesday night ?
