Ex-blaugrana Elson, NBA Champion

San Antonio Spurs have won the NBA title. Ex-blaugrana player, Francisco Elson, was part of the team and has won his first championship ring.

Francisco Elson played for Barça in the seasons of 1999-00 and 2000-01, where he won the ACB and Copa del Rey (2000-2001). Now, six years later, he has won his first NBA title with the San Antionio Spurs alongside players such as Duncan, Ginobili and Parker. The Spurs convincingly beat the Cleveland Caveliers 4-0 in the series.
