Barça beat title rivals

FC Barcelona Alusport scored three early goals to set themselves up for a crucial table-topping victory against Lobelle Santiago that kept them one point clear at the top opf the fútbol sala table.

The Blaugrana entertained the high-flying Galicians with the victors staying in front of the other and a home win meant that the Catalans remain out in front while their opponents are back in third spot behind El Pozo Murcia.

Early goals

Jordi Torras broke the deadlock in this enticing encounter after just four minutes and Wile added a second goal within two minutes. Barça were in total control after ten minutes when Torras added his second of the day.

Lobelle de Santiago showed why they are enjoying such a good season as they fought back and scored either side of half-time to move to within a goal of their hosts.

A comeback was denied, however, when in the 40th minute Aicardo beat Marcos Vara in the away team's goal to give Barça all the points.
