"We have just come back and we are a bit tired," he explained. "We have a team that has been strengthened well and with Ricky on board that is the icing on the cake. Now is the time when we must all work hard and work together."

While welcoming Rubio, the Catalan three-point specialist explained that he had not spoken to the new boy much. "We have not talked much," he stated. We had enough things to think about there, but he is very excited by this new challenge."

"We will look to be in shape soon in order to start as well as we possibly can," Lakovic explained. "With new arrivals also we will be able to be more rested and rotate the squad. This will allow us to play with more rhythm throughout games."

On teaming up with Lorbek once more, Lakovic revealed his delight. "He is a very good player," he said. "He plays well below the basket, has a good long shot and is strong on rebounds. He is very talented and I think that he will adapt quickly and lean the dynamics of the team."
