Laszlo Nagy

This tall Hungarian player began playing the sport at school in his hometown.

He rose up through the infant, junior and youth ranks before representing the first team of his local club side, Dik Szegad. After playing for four seasons there (1996-2000) he signed for Barcelona aged only 19 with high hopes for the future.

With the Hungarian junior side he won a bronze medal at the Europeans in 1997 and 1998, and as a youth team player he collected the European title in 1999 in Portugal.

CHARACTERISTICS

Nagy possesses excellent physical qualities. He has everything needed to become one of the best players in the world and an incredible goalscorer. His incredible ability to throw from distance together with his all-round tactical awarenes and his sense of creativity makes him an excellent wideman and a great passer of the ball.
