Twenty U-12 and fifteen U-10 teams were the stars at the Ciutat Esportiva de Sant Joan Despí, in the now traditional supporters clubs tournament played in the build-up to the Joan Gamper Trophy.

More 400 young players and a crowd of some 2000 people set new records for this competition, which showed that the Barça spirit is stronger than ever.

Former player Julio Alberto, now the director of the FCBEscola described the behaviour of the players and spectators this year as sensational. He was also very happy to welcome so many teams from around the world. There were even teams from Venezuela, Belgium and Jordan.

This evening the semi finalists of the competition were revealed, who will meet tomorrow morning. The final will be played between 17.00 and 19.00, also at the Ciutat Esportiva.
