Sandro Rosell with the Football Clubs and Supporters Clubs Group

On Thursday December 23, the president of Futbol Club Barcelona, Sandro Rosell, received the Football Clubs and Supporters Clubs Group at the Camp Nou.

This group is formed by the 18 Barça supporters clubs that have taken part this year in youth football tournaments under the tutelage of FC Barcelona.

The president took advantage of the moment to wish them all a very Happy Christmas, and reminded them of the excellent human and sporting good they are doing. He also explained how he himself once played for a supporters club team and met two of his best friends while doing so.

At the meeting, it have been explained that more than half of the applications had already been dealt with, and that he would continue to work to support them, and that despite the club having to cut back on spending of late.

Meanwhile, the president of the association, Antoni Sanjuán, made a speech in which he thanked FC Barcelona for looking after his requests, which were slowly being sorted out. He also offered his Seasons Greetings and said that the festive period could not have got off to a better start when his group won one of the prizes in the national lottery, even though the amount was not particularly high.
