25th Anniversary of Gran Pe�a Barcelonista Gamper

The Gran PB Gamper in Santander commemorated last January 31 its 25th Anniversary with excellent representation of FC Barcelona. Several fellow clubs also came along to show their respects to the oldest Bar�a supporters club in Cantabria.

As many as four FC Barcelona directors attended the 25th Anniversary of the Gran Pe�a Barcelonista Gamper de Santander coinciding with the football team’s trip to the city. Vice president, Rafael Yuste,

was joined by directors Jacint Borr�s, Xavier Bagu�s and Patrick Auset in a pleasant ceremony attended by 160 Bar�a supporters.

Also there was former FC Barcelona manager, Laureano Ruiz and ex player Francisco Sampedro, as well as the president of Caja Cantabria, Enrique Ambrosio.

The gala supper took place at Hotel Don Carlos where plenty of emotion and Bar�a passion was on display. The president of the local club, Lorena Alba, and her board of directors, organised a successful event in a packed venue.

Several other clubs

Vice president, Rafael Yuste, thanked all of the people that had come and expressed his satisfaction to see such interest in the supporter’s movement. Santander

welcomed 15 clubs from around Spain and some that had travelled up from Catalonia.

The supporters clubs in attendance were: Villabalter, Arandina, Julio Alberto de Mieres, Tur�n, Talavera la Real, Montijo, Chauchina, Torrelavega, Cabrera de Mar, Banyoles, Blanes, Sant Fruit�s de Bages, Balsareny, Avi� and El Papiol.
