Dmytro Chygrynskiy received a warm welcome from FC Barcelona supporters as he stepped on to the Camp Nou pitch for the first time after signing for the club.

The central defender donned the number 21 shirt that he wear during the season as he walked on to the grass and began to kick a ball around as fans cheered and photographers took pictures of him in the famous Blaugrana kit.

After finishing his display of ball skills, the Ukrainian international kissed the Barça badge on his shirt and then spoke to Barça TV. “I am very happy,” he said. “I want to thank the supporters that have come along to see me. I have completed a dream.”

Chygrynskiy then posed for the cameras for the last time before going back down the tunnel to change.
