Programme for a vital week

After a two-day break from training, the players will begin the build-up to the decisive match of the league season against Valladolid. The first session of the week is scheduled for 11 am on Tuesday.


The players will begin their preparations for the match against Valladolid knowing that a win will guarantee the league title no matter what the result of the match between Malaga and Real Madrid.

Five sessions

Manager Josep Guardiola has programmed five sessions leading up to the final match of the season. On Tuesday and Wednesday the players will report to the Club’s training grounds at 11 am.

Thursday off

On Thursday the players will be given a free day and will then return to the training grounds on Friday and Saturday, also at 11 am. After training on Saturday, Josep Guardiola will address a press conference.

Sunday’s programme

As usual for all home matches, the players will have a final session on Sunday, the day of the match. This will take place behind closed doors at 11.30 am. The players will then have lunch together in the Camp Nou and will have a couple of hours free before they report back to the stadium at 5.15 pm.

Tuesday’s programme
For the moment, the players will return to training on Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. The opening fifteen minutes will be open to the press. After the session, Carles Puyol will speak to reporters.
