Bojan: "Goals like that help you progress”

The author of Barca’s second goal against Tenerife, Bojan Krkic, told reporters after Tuesday’s match: “It was a vital match. We couldn’t lose. The three points were essential”.

The young striker was delighted with the team effort but especially pleased about getting on the score sheet: “Goals like that help you progress. When you play and things go well you feel important. But I’ve always said that I’m very young and I’m still learning”.

"After Tenerife scored, we started to get a bit nervous but at the same time it gave us a boost”.

“It’s very important that the fans are behind us and that they show how much they want to win the league, just like us. They’re great”.

Here is a selection of the players’ comments after Tuesday’s match.
