14 players train at the Ciutat Esportiva

Monday training was divided in two. Nine of the players that started in Tenerife remained in the dressing room for treatment, and the other 14 worked out at the Ciutat Esportiva.
The 14 players that started exercising at 12.30 in Sant Joan Despí were
Piqué, Ibrahimovic, Pinto, Pedro, Milito, Txigrinski, Abidal, Jonathan, Thiago, Víctor Vázquez,
Gai, Oier plus Sunday starters Busquets and Messi, the latter who scored a hat-trick in Tenerife.
The biggest surprise was the inclusion of Oier, who played on Saturday for Barça Atlètic.
It was cold day, though not quite as bad as previous days, with the sun also managing to put in an appearance.
Sevilla to come twice
The league leaders return their attention to the Cup and the League
where they face back-to-back matches with the same team, Manolo Jiménez’s Sevilla. Barça, of
course, have to make amends for 2-1 defeat in last week’s cup first leg.
More training on Tuesday
The team will train next at 11.00, again at the Ciutat Esportiva, in the penultimate session for
the cup clash on Wednesday.
