Session before the Gamper

The first team trained behind closed doors this Wednesday morning ahead of tonights game against Inter Milan.

The players started around 11:00am at the Masia to put into practice the final preparations ahead of the game. All players, less those injured, took part in the session, meaning Rijkaard has nearly his entire squad at his disposal. Eidur Gudjohnsen continued his road to recovery by practising just alongside the rest of the group.

Expectation

Although closed sessions are normally done inside Camp Nou or the miniestadi, this time around it was done at the Masia. Therefore, despite not being able to see clearly what was going on, many fans gathered outside to try and follow the goings on.

Giovanni leaves early

Giovanni dos Santos left the training early as he continues his quest for dual nationality with the Spanish Constitution. Following the session, all players appeared focussed on tonight’s game at 22:00 against Inter.
