Betfair signs sponsorship deal

FC Barcelona and British betting company Betfair signed a sponsorship agreement on Thursday afternoon that will make them the Blaugrana’s official betting firm for the next two seasons.

The announcement was made at a presentation in the press room of the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper by the Barça vice-president for marketing, Jaume Ferrer, and European Director General of Betfair, Andy May.

Increased presence

Over the next two years Betfair will increase it’s presence on the FC Barcelona official website and promote betting across the world of sport. Betfair’s name will also be present around the stadium and other club facilities.

Thanks to the agreement club members and Barça fans will be able to benefit from numerous offers, prizes and exclusive deals.
