La Fundació supporting Play4Africa

Xavi Tauler

Barca’s Fundació has made a donation of 200 footballs to the Solidarity Caravan Play4Africa which has been stationed at the Nou Camp. All donations will be shared out between XICS Malawi and Rwandan refugees.

The Solidarity Caravan, which aims to collect balls and boots for African children, was stationed at the Nou Camp during the Getafe game. The organisers aim to give all African children the right to play football and all the material they are collecting will go to XICS Malawi and the refugee camps run by UNHCR on the continent where the Fundació works.

Before arriving at the Nou Camp, the Caravan has been travelling around La Liga grounds, stopping in Pamplona, Valencia and Seville amongst others, to take donations.
