The turnout has surpassed the necessary minimum

At one o’clock a total of 15,184 members had cast their vote. This means that they have passed the 10% of the census, which automatically confirms the outcome of the censure vote.
We have to remember that article 49.5 of the statute, with reference to ‘The act of voting’, makes it very clear that “the vote of censure will only be approved if they achieve two thirds or more of the votes, only when at least 10% of the club members have voted”.
This minimum of 10% was achieved between 12 and 1o’clock, just as the rain made its first appearance at the Camp Nou. The participation figures at that time were 12.81%, with a total of 15,184 members having exercised their right.
Therefore whatever the final result, the vote of censure process will be valid.
