In the 2008/09 season he became assistant coach, stepping up to his current position when Manolo Cardenas was dismissed on February 9th 2009.

Pascual made his debut as coach the day after, when Barša Borges played Keymare Almeria at the Palau Blaugrana. Since then he has been in charge for 122 games, winning 103, drawing 5 and losing just 14 games.

Six titles won

Under his stewardship, FC Barcelona Borges have won 2 Spanish Cups, 1 ASOBAL Cup, 1 Spanish Super Cup and 2 Lligues dels Pirineus, as well as ending last season as runners up in Europe.
